Front Office Team Leader - The Bristol Bol

We are seeking a professional Front Office Team Leader to join the pre-opening team at The Bristol Bol. This role is key in delivering exceptional guest experiences, supervising the front office team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the reception and concierge areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury hospitality and a passion for leading high-performing teams.

This is a seasonal position offered on a fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily operations of the front office, ensuring smooth pre-arrival, check-in/out, and guest services.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front office team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to luxury service standards (LQA) and brand guidelines in all guest interactions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring exceptional satisfaction.
  • Support the Front Office Manager in scheduling, performance management, and staff development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and coordinated guest experience.
  • Monitor front office performance metrics, including occupancy, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency, and recommend improvements.
  • Assist with pre-opening activities, including recruitment, training, SOP implementation, and operational readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and local employment laws.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role in luxury hospitality.
  • Experience within international luxury hotel brands is highly desirable.
  • Previous pre-opening experience is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
  • Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera Cloud) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and a Balkan language is required; additional languages are a plus.
