Sales & Marketing Manager - The Bristol Bol

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join the pre-opening team at The Bristol Bol. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue performance, building brand awareness, and positioning the hotel as a leading luxury destination. Experience within luxury hospitality and hotel pre-opening environments will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets across rooms, events, and hotel services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and active prospecting.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and tailored packages to maximise revenue and profitability.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and product information to clients.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and public relations initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, networking opportunities, and with media or strategic partners.
  • Ensure all sales leads, client communications, and service requests are accurately recorded and followed up using the CRM system.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively manage long-term business relationships.
  • Track sales and marketing performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Actively support pre-opening initiatives, including sales planning, campaign execution, and market positioning.
  • Uphold the hotel’s values, brand standards, and luxury service culture in all professional interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably within luxury hospitality.
  • Previous hotel pre-opening experience is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially minded with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Croatian is required; additional languages are an asset.
